Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item(s) back to us within 7 days after receiving your order for a full refund. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of PEcado Limited and may only be refunded as a store credit. This 7-day return policy applies only to online and store purchases. All Custom Order sales and sale merchandise transactions are final. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund.
Merchandise must be returned in new condition: unworn and not damaged (excluding manufacturer defects), with tags attached/enclosed, and accompanied by the original www.pecado.shorea.solutions invoice. A Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested online within 7 days of receiving your order. Indicate the reason and code for return on your original www.pecado.shorea.solutions invoice and include this invoice with the corresponding merchandise inside your package. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed. Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase or as store credit to your PEcado account. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. PEcado assumes responsibility for return cost/insurance for defective goods only. Save all receipts and correspondence for your own records.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through PEcado. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
